Lawson Products Increases Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), Tuesday announced an increased dividend of $.16 per share from $.15 on common shares. The dividend is payable April 19, 2001 to stockholders of record April 5, 2001. The dividend represents the 112th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
