Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., Aug. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (Nasdaq: LAWS) Tuesday announced a dividend of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable October 18, 2001 to stockholders of record October 4, 2001. The dividend represents the 114th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
