DES PLAINES, Ill., March 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (Nasdaq: LAWS) Tuesday announced a dividend of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable April 19, 2002 to stockholders of record April 5, 2002.
