DES PLAINES, Ill., March 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), Tuesday announced a dividend for the first quarter 2003 of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable April 18, 2003 to stockholders of record April 4, 2003. The dividend represents the 119th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
