DES PLAINES, Ill., May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), Tuesday announced a dividend for the second quarter 2003 of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable July 17, 2003 to stockholders of record July 3, 2003. The dividend represents the 120th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
