Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), Tuesday announced a dividend for the third quarter 2003 of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable October 17, 2003 to stockholders of record October 3, 2003. The dividend represents the 121st consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
