Lawson Products Announces Dividend Increase

DES PLAINES, Ill., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (Nasdaq: LAWS) Tuesday announced a dividend for the fourth quarter 2003 of $.18 per share on common shares, an increase of $.02 over the previous quarter. The dividend is payable January 19, 2004 to stockholders of record January 5, 2004. The dividend represents the 122nd consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
