Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS) today announced a dividend for the fourth quarter 2004 of $.18 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable January 18, 2005 to stockholders of record January 4, 2005.
