DES PLAINES, Ill., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (Nasdaq: LAWS) today announced a dividend for the second quarter 2005 of $.20 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable July 19, 2005 to stockholders of record July 5, 2005.
