DES PLAINES, Ill., Aug 16, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS) today announced a dividend for the third quarter 2005 of $.20 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable October 18, 2005 to stockholders of record October 4, 2005.
