Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (Nasdaq: LAWS) today announced a dividend for the fourth quarter 2005 of $.20 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable January 17, 2006 to stockholders of record January 3, 2006.
