Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), today announced a dividend for the first quarter 2006 of $.20 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable April 28, 2006 to stockholders of record April 4, 2006.
