Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., May 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), today announced a dividend for the second quarter 2006 of $.20 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable July 17, 2006 to stockholders of record July 3, 2006.
