Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS) today announced a dividend for the third quarter 2006 of $.20 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable October 17, 2006 to stockholders of record October 3, 2006.
