DES PLAINES, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May. 20, 2009-- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (NASDAQ: LAWS) today announced a dividend of $.03 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable July 22, 2009 to stockholders of record July 8, 2009.
