Lawson Products Announces 11% Dividend Increase

DES PLAINES, Ill., March 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), today announced a dividend for the first quarter 2005 of $.20 per share on common shares, an increase of $.02 or 11% over the previous quarterly dividend of $.18. Lawson's last dividend increase occurred in the fourth quarter of 2003. The dividend is payable April 19, 2005 to stockholders of record April 5, 2005.
