Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., May 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (Nasdaq: LAWS) Tuesday announced a dividend of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable July 17, 2001 to stockholders of record July 3, 2001. The dividend represents the 113th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
