DES PLAINES, Ill., May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), Tuesday announced a dividend for the second quarter 2004 of $.18 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable July 20, 2004 to stockholders of record July 6, 2004.
