Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS) Thursday announced a dividend for the third quarter 2004 of $.18 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable October 19, 2004 to stockholders of record October 5, 2004.
