DES PLAINES, Ill., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), December 11th announced a dividend of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend was paid January 17, 2002 to stockholders of record January 3, 2002. The dividend represents the 115th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
