Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 2008--Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (NASDAQ: LAWS) today announced a dividend of $.20 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable January 20, 2009 to stockholders of record January 6, 2009.
