DES PLAINES, Ill., Dec 08, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (NASDAQ: LAWS) today announced a
dividend of $.06 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable
January 19, 2010 to stockholders of record January 5, 2010.
