Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., May 10, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (NASDAQ: LAWS) today announced a dividend of $0.12 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable July 14, 2011 to stockholders of record on July 5, 2011.
