DES PLAINES, Ill., Aug 16, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (NASDAQ: LAWS) today announced a dividend of $0.12 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable October 11, 2011 to stockholders of record on September 27, 2011.
