Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), Tuesday announced a dividend of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable July 17, 2002 to stockholders of record July 3, 2002. The dividend represents the 116th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
