DES PLAINES, Ill., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS), Tuesday announced a dividend of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable October 18, 2002 to stockholders of record October 4, 2002.
