Lawson Products Announces Dividend

DES PLAINES, Ill., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (Nasdaq: LAWS) Tuesday announced a dividend of $.16 per share on common shares. The dividend is payable January 17, 2003 to stockholders of record January 3, 2003. The dividend represents the 118th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to stockholders.
