Lawson Products Announces Dividend Increase

DES PLAINES, Ill., Aug 17, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (NASDAQ: LAWS) today announced a dividend of $.08 per share on common shares, an increase of $.02 from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable October 12, 2010 to stockholders of record on September 28, 2010.
