    Matt Boyce is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development responsible for directing acquisition and integration activities for Lawson Products, TestEquity and Gexpro Services operating companies to further accelerate growth. In this role, he is laser-focused on building scale through accretive investments and generating long-term shareholder value. 

    Mr. Boyce joined the company in 2022, bringing more than 15 years of demonstrated organic and inorganic growth strategy execution success that includes sourcing M&A opportunities, executing strategic initiatives and leading dozens of successful corporate transactions. Prior to joining Lawson, he worked as the Director of Corporate Development at Carlisle Companies Incorporated. Previously, Mr. Boyce held the role of Director in Industrial Distribution Group’s (IDG) finance team, leading mergers and acquisitions for the company. Prior to his time at IDG, he spent 12 years with Carlisle Companies in various finance and corporate development roles.

    Mr. Boyce has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Linfield University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University.

      Cesar Lanuza is President and CEO of Lawson Products. He joined the company in 2022, bringing 30 years of industrial and commercial distribution expertise at an international level. Before joining Lawson Products, Mr. Lanuza was CEO and Director at Jon-Don, LLC, where he grew the company through new markets and capabilities, and multiple acquisitions. Prior to that position, he served as President, North America and Asia Pacific at Optimas OE Solutions, LLC. 

      Previously, Mr. Lanuza served as Vice President/General Manager at W.W. Grainger, Inc., where he also held senior-level roles in North America, Mexico and Latin America. He also held leadership positions with business operations and sourcing responsibilities at GE Healthcare, United Technologies and Cerveceria Americana.

      Mr. Lanuza has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universidad Internacional de las Americas in San Jose, Costa Rica and an MBA from INCAE Business School in Costa Rica.
